Hydraulic systems can be divided into two categories: hydraulic drive systems and hydraulic control systems. The main function of hydraulic transmission system is to transmit power and movement. The hydraulic control system needs to make the output of the hydraulic system meet the specific performance requirements (especially the dynamic performance). The hydraulic system usually refers to the hydraulic transmission system. When energized, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, the pressure in the upper chamber drops rapidly, and a high pressure difference is formed around the closing member. The fluid pressure pushes the closing member to move upward and the valve opens; when the power is off, the spring force closes the pilot hole, The inlet pressure passes through the bypass hole and the chamber quickly forms a low and high pressure difference around the valve closing member, and the fluid pressure pushes the closing member to move downward to close the valve. Working principle: When working, the hydraulic pressure acts on the pressure measuring surface of the main spool and the pilot spool at the same time. When the pilot valve is not opened, the oil does not flow in the valve cavity, and the pressure acting on the main spool in the upper and lower directions is equal, but because the effective pressure area of the upper end surface is greater than the effective pressure area of the lower end surface, the main spool is in the resultant force Under the action of, it is in the lowermost position, and the valve port is closed. When the oil inlet pressure increases to make the pilot valve open, the fluid flows back to the tank through the orifice on the main spool and the pilot valve. Due to the damping effect of the orifice, the hydraulic pressure in the upper and lower directions of the main spool is not equal. The main spool moves up under the action of the pressure difference to open the valve port to achieve overflow and maintain the pressure basically stable. The overflow pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure regulating spring of the pilot valve.
