The upper floating plug and the lower floating plug are connected by screw mosquitoes. The upper floating plug has a through hole that can pass through the valve needle. The front end of the valve needle is matched with the through hole of the sealing member and has a lift. The tapered needle tip of the wing, the end of the valve needle is provided with an inner magnet matched with the outer magnet, and the valve needle is provided with a channel through which fluid can pass along the axial direction. The hoisting mechanism vibrates during hoisting. During hoisting, it is found that the reel stops while rotating, and cannot work continuously, and there is obvious vibration. When the engine throttle is increased, the fault remains, and the engine is holding the car. After measurement, in the hydraulic oil circuit of the lifting mechanism, the control oil pressure entering the brake piston before the throttle valve is normal (1.5-1.8MPa). Secondly, the possibility of the lifting balance valve being stuck by dirt is eliminated. Finally, it is judged that the one-way throttle valve of the brake oil circuit may be blocked. Disassembly and inspection of the one-way throttle valve found that the 0.6mm orifice on the valve core has been blocked by dirt, making the pressure entering the brake piston after the throttle valve. The oil is throttled and the pressure is lower than 1.8MPa, and the brake piston cannot be fully opened. After the dirt is removed, the lifting mechanism returns to normal.
