The planetary reducer plays the role of decelerating and increasing torque between the power input end and the power output end, and is small in size, compact in structure, and large in load capacity. It is widely used in the wheel structure of construction machinery vehicles. The planetary reducer mainly includes an inner ring gear, a planet carrier, a planet gear and a sun gear. The planet gear is installed on the planet shaft of the planet carrier and meshes with the sun gear and the inner gear ring at the same time. The power of the planetary reducer is usually input by the sun gear, through the fixed ring gear or planet carrier, so that the power is output through the planet carrier or the ring gear. A planetary reducer that outputs power through an inner gear ring needs to fix the inner gear ring on the power output shaft through a structure such as a lock ring, which is complicated in structure, difficult to install, and high in cost. The inner gear ring can be fixed on the housing of the planetary reducer through the planetary carrier that outputs power. The structure is simple, easy to install, and the cost is low. The power input shaft and the power output shaft are located in the planetary reducer. The side wheel rim structure has a wide range of applications. In the prior art, a planetary reducer that outputs power through a planet carrier has a typical structure for fixing the inner ring gear: a ring gear support is provided on the outer shell of the housing, and an external spline is provided on the outer periphery of the housing. The inner circumference is provided with an inner spline that matches with the outer spline on the outer circumference of the housing; the inner gear ring is sleeved outside the gear ring support, the outer circumference of the gear ring support is provided with an outer spline, and the inner circumference of the inner gear ring is provided with The inner spline supported by the ring gear is matched with the outer spline, and the inner gear ring is connected with the housing by means of the ring gear support, and the circumferential positioning of the inner gear ring is realized by the spline. By adopting the circumferential positioning method of the inner gear ring, the manufacturing process of the inner gear ring and the housing is complicated, and the processing efficiency is low, which is not conducive to reducing the cost.
